Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through referral networks.
Engage with prospective clients referred through the program via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Explain Bhanzus offerings and conduct product demonstrations for referred leads.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates from referral sources.
Assist in organizing and executing referral campaigns and events.
Collect and relay feedback from referred clients to improve the referral process.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in any discipline (freshers encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
