Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Client Outreach: Engage with US-based recruitment professionals through outbound calls.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients for recruitment services.
  • Client Coordination: Set up conference calls and meetings for discussions on proposals & contracts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients to maintain engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Support: Assist in client presentations and help in building long-term business partnerships.

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong interpersonal & relationship-building skills.
Confidence in handling outbound international calls.
Basic knowledge of sales & lead generation (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Experienced  6 months+ ( Fresher?s with excellent comms may also apply)

Night shift: 7:30PM? 4:30 AM IST

Work location: Noida, Sector-60

Compensation: As per Company Norms

5 days working/Saturday-Sunday fixed off
