Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist / Telesales Executive to promote Sparkle Skool School ERP by connecting with schools, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling product demos with our demo team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with schools (Principals, Admins, Decision Makers) across India and global markets
  • Explain Sparkle Skool ERP features & benefits clearly and confidently
  • Identify school requirements and generate qualified leads
  • Fix appointments and schedule online / onsite demos with the demo team
  • Follow up on leads and maintain proper call & lead tracking
  • Coordinate with Sales, Demo, and Marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel
  • Achieve daily call targets, lead targets, and demo targets

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Confident telephone etiquette and convincing ability
  • Basic understanding of sales & lead generation
  • Willingness to learn ERP / SaaS products
  • Ability to handle rejections and follow-ups professionally
  • Good listening and relationship-building skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in EdTech / ERP / SaaS telesales is an added advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Comfortable with calling schools during working hours
