Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist / Telesales Executive to promote Sparkle Skool School ERP by connecting with schools, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling product demos with our demo team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with schools (Principals, Admins, Decision Makers) across India and global markets
- Explain Sparkle Skool ERP features & benefits clearly and confidently
- Identify school requirements and generate qualified leads
- Fix appointments and schedule online / onsite demos with the demo team
- Follow up on leads and maintain proper call & lead tracking
- Coordinate with Sales, Demo, and Marketing teams
- Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily call targets, lead targets, and demo targets
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Confident telephone etiquette and convincing ability
- Basic understanding of sales & lead generation
- Willingness to learn ERP / SaaS products
- Ability to handle rejections and follow-ups professionally
- Good listening and relationship-building skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in EdTech / ERP / SaaS telesales is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Comfortable with calling schools during working hours
