Qualification : B.E / B. Tech - Instrumentation

Work Experience : 10 - 15 years

Job Description:

1. Exposure in Oil and gas project as minimum, offshore and LNG as a preference
2. Responsible for Quality, Budget and Schedule for Instrumentation activities
3. Exposure to Proposal execution in terms of man-hour estimation and EPC proposal
4. Exposure in feed, Basic engineering and Brown field projects
5. Knowledge in International codes and standards
6. Participation in SIL, HAZOP and FAT activities
7. Site exposure is preferable
8. Good exposure in coordination with Vendor, client, interdisciplinary
9. Review of P&IDs
10. preparation and checking of general specification ,design basis and specification for all field instruments and valves
11. Hands on experience on sizing calculation for the proper design
12. Preparation and Checking of RFQ and TBE
13. Review and Approval of VDR
14. Exposure to process and Utility packages in terms of review and interfaces
15. Preparation and checking of all design documents like hookups, layouts, wiring , MTO and Construction Contractor input
16. Hands on experience on all SPI modules
17. Preparation and checking of functional design specification for control system, as preferable
18. Exposure on Control systems like DCS, ESD,F&Gs as preferable

Software: SPI (INTOOLS), Instru calc, and Modelling navigation tool
