Role & responsibilities

Integration & API Engineering

• Implement standards, patterns, and reference architectures including event-driven data models.
• Develop scalable integration solutions for AI/ML workflows and real-time data streaming.
• Support multi-cloud and hybrid deployments using Compute, Containers, Databases, Storage, and Networking components.

Platform Enablement & Operations

• Engineer and maintain Confluent Cloud-based streaming platforms for messaging, persistent storage, and CDC (Change Data Capture).
• Contribute to platform roadmaps and ensure smooth evolution of integration infrastructure.
• Build self-service capabilities to accelerate platform adoption across teams.

Collaboration & Governance

• Participate in technical reviews across application, data, and infrastructure domains.
• Work closely with Solution Design, Service Design, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support feasibility assessments and pilot implementations for emerging technologies like streaming and graph databases.

Innovation & Emerging Tech

• Explore and validate new tools and platforms including Confluent, FlowX, Cinchy, and Neo4j.
• Demonstrate innovative use cases for event-driven and graph-based architectures.
