Role & responsibilities

• Handle international customer chats to provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO Chat processing or similar industry.
• Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
• Effective chat handling Skills.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
