Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice)
Location: Manyata Tech Park , Bangalore
Experience Required: Freshers, Immediate joiners only!!!
CTC: Upto 4 LPA
Shift: US Shift (Rotational)
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Rotational Week Off


Job Summary


We are seeking freshers for Customer Support Executives for the International Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to US/UK customers while ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound international customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate resolution for customer queries related to Adobe products
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers

Eligibility Criteria


? Education: Graduate (Diploma candidates not eligible)
? Experience: Freshers!!!!!!!!


? Skills & Competencies:


Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong US/UK accent comprehension
Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
