Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls/chats of US customers
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns via chat/call
  • Meet customer satisfaction targets and quality standards


Preferred Skills:

  • Atleast 6 months of experience in International customer care/BPO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at a time
  • Ability to work in night shifts (rotational)
