Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from international customers

Provide support to customers and resolve their queries professionally

Understand customer issues and offer appropriate solutions

Maintain proper call etiquette and service standards

Update customer information and call details in the system

Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Good listening and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work in night shifts
