Role & responsibilities


  • Handle international customer queries to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO Industry.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Effective Call and chat handling Skills.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
