JOB DESCRIPTION


We are actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive, specializing in inbound Calls process and chat process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming Calls, addressing customer inquiries through voice and chat, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Role & responsibilities of Voice and Chat

Here are the details for the job description and roles & responsibilities of Chat:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
  • Resolve issues with clear, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
  • Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
  • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
  • Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
  • Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Must not be pursuing regular education
  • 2-way cab facility

Rounds of interviews for Chat:

  • HR
  • Essay or Topic writing round
  • Chat Assessment
  • OPS1
  • OPS2

Salary Details:

Freshers: 2.4 LPA

Experienced: Up to 3.4 LPA (Minimum 1Yr)

Designation: Associate

  • Handle inbound calls for international customers
  • Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
  • Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
  • Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
  • Education: HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
  • Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat)
  • Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing)
  • Must not be pursuing regular education.

  • VNA
  • Ops Round

Salary Details:

Freshers: 3.5 LPA

Experienced: Up to 5 LPA (Minimum 1Yr)

Designation: Associate


Walkin timings 11AM to 12PM
