- Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO voice processing or similar industry.
- Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
- Strong listening skills for effective call handling.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
