Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance policies
- Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA, etc.)
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
Eligibility / Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to understand international accents
- Graduate or Undergraduate (as per process requirement)
- Freshers or candidates with relevant BPO experience can apply
- Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in international voice support (added advantage)
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
- Active listening and empathy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Conditions
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
- Night shifts (as per international time zones)
- Work from Office
