Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance policies
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA, etc.)
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to understand international accents
  • Graduate or Undergraduate (as per process requirement)
  • Freshers or candidates with relevant BPO experience can apply
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in international voice support (added advantage)
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Work Conditions

  • 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
  • Night shifts (as per international time zones)
  • Work from Office
