Job Title: Customer Support Associate International Healthcare Process

Salary:
- Freshers: 3.0 3.5 LPA
- Experienced: 3.5 4.7 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle international healthcare customer queries via outbound calls
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with healthcare process guidelines and maintain call quality standards
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Work effectively in rotational shifts and meet performance targets
