  • Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization.


Shifts:

Able to Work for Rotational Night ShiftIts a 5 day word and 2 Rotational Week off2 Way Cab Facility.


Skill Required:

Looking for a candidate who has above 6 Months of International Voice Experience (No Freshers and No Domestic experience).
