Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain a calm and empathetic tone during challenging interactions
- Meet or exceed KPIs such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to improve performance
- Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:

- 0 to 1 Year experience in BPO (Voice Process Preferred)
- Fluent English proficiency with a neutral accent
- Active listening to understand customer concerns clearly
- Clear articulation and tone modulation for effective conversations

- Multitasking across systems and customer queries
