We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented International Voice Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound international voice calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and/or handle inbound international voice calls to prospective customers
  • Pitch products/services effectively and convert leads into sales
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM systems
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close deals confidently
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in international voice sales or similar role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts / US, UK, or Australian shifts
  • Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO/KPO international sales processes
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with international customers
