### Job Title
Customer Support Executive International Voice (US Night Shift)

### Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, fluent English speakers to provide top-notch voice support to US customers. Night shift (fixed) with *Saturday & Sunday off* and Friday working. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates (6+ months) can apply.

### Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls from US customers.
- Resolve queries, process orders, troubleshoot issues with patience and professionalism.
- Meet SLA metrics: AHT, QA scores, CSAT, FCR.
- Log accurate details in CRM tools (Zendesk / Salesforce).
- Work in a 24/7 night shift environment (US time zone alignment).

### Required Skills
- Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and patience.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing speed 30+WPM).
- Ability to work night shift (fixed) and Friday shifts.
- Freshers welcome ? training provided.
- For experienced: 6+ months voice/BPO experience (preferred).
