Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Java applications on Azure cloud platform.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement fixes.
  
• Monitor application logs, metrics, and alerts to identify potential problems before they impact users.
  
• Develop scripts using Groovy scripting language to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in providing production support for Java applications on Azure cloud platform.
  
• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot).
  
• Experience with troubleshooting techniques for complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana; ability to analyze log data from various sources (e.g., ELK stack).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
