Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead along with Java Spring Boot Developer with hands-on experience in the IBM WebSphere stack and a strong understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Pods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the L3 Team and drive the issues for closure.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Deploy and manage applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Create and manage Docker containers for application deployment.
• Work with Kubernetes Pods for orchestrating containerized applications.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Document technical specifications and maintain code quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server administration and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Pods, services, and deployments in Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for containerized environments.
