Role: Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant to Partners
Experience: Fresher to Experienced (Freshers can apply if JLPT N4 or above)
Language Requirement: Japanese (Must) Reading, Writing & Speaking
JLPT: N4 / JLPT4 and above (Mandatory for freshers)
Hiring Type: Full-time

- Strong Japanese communication skills: Speaking + Reading + Writing
- Freshers eligible if JLPT N4 (JLPT4) or higher
- Ability to support senior leadership/partners with calendar, communication & coordination
Job Description | Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain meeting calendar of multiple Partners and organize travel (National & International) and other related arrangements.
- Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of documents and correspondence.
- Update Partners about matters requiring personal attention with associated information on time.
- Deal with matters requiring attention or refer them to the appropriate authority in absence of Partners.
- Take & disburse minutes of meeting for meetings organized by Partners.
- Identify and take follow-up action as per minutes of meeting.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
- Handle correspondence addressed to Partners and assist with letters & presentations.
- Manage communication of multiple Partners by screening calls, letters, and emails.

- Good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Eligibility
- Freshers: JLPT N4+ mandatory (Japanese must be strong)
- Experienced: EA/PA/Admin support experience preferred + Japanese communication mandatory
- Experience handling international clients is a plus
