Job Title : Mainframe Middleware CICS/MQ Admin

Job Location : Pan India

Experience required : 6-8 years

Job Description:

• Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the mainframe service delivery and provide KT to offshore team
• Review the documents on regular basis to maintain AS IS processes and procedures of CICS and MQ administration as current as possible
• Build Relationship with customer and SMEs at customers site
• Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams
• Support for inflight projects and upcoming projects in consultation with client SME
• Develop high-level logical and physical design based Customer middleware architecture and functional requirements
• Based on high-level design, provide updated middleware implementation proposal with cost and schedule estimates for Customer?s review and approval
• Implement middleware infrastructure level configurations per Customer-authorized Change Orders
• Establish and maintain infrastructure level configuration and system parameters in a consistent manner across like environments
• Perform middleware installation, upgrade, patching and refresh
• Implement all middleware system-level Changes (e.g., initialization parameters)
• Maintain consistent middleware parameters and system settings across all like instances
• Implement and administer appropriate middleware management Tools across all middleware instances
• Perform root cause analysis for huge impact changes and incidents and generate action items and follow-ups till closure
