Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for mainframe applications using Cobol programming language.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to identify defects and provide feedback on application performance.
  
• Develop automation scripts using Automic tool to improve testing efficiency.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., DB2) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Participate in Agile methodology projects as part of an IT services & consulting team.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in Mainframe Testing with expertise in Cobol programming language.
  
• Strong understanding of mainframes and their architecture.
  
• Experience working with Automic tool for automating tests.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodology project management framework.
  
• Ability to analyze complex data sets from multiple sources (DB2).
