Role & responsibilities


- Strong leadership and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Solid understanding of ITIL v4 processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent major incidents in a global 24x7 environment.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Management.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
