About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our growing team as Graduate Marketing Assistants. This is a field-based, performance-driven role that starts in face-to-face sales and marketing, representing leading brands directly to customers across Bangalore.

You?ll learn the fundamentals of marketing, communication, and customer engagement while developing leadership skills that prepare you for team management and business development responsibilities. Progression is entirely based on merit and performance, supported by a structured curriculum designed to help you grow from a blank canvas into a fully developed manager in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products, campaigns, or services
  
• Represent brands with professionalism and integrity in the field
  
• Learn territory management, client reporting, and daily operational planning
  
• Support new team members and contribute to group performance goals
  
• Progress into leadership and management ? leading your own team of sales reps
  
• Follow a structured training and development program focused on sales, leadership, and business management
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Recent graduates or entry-level candidates (any field welcome)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ambitious, proactive, and willing to learn from the ground up
