Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated online and offline marketing initiatives for our luxury watches and jewellery business. The role focuses on brand building, footfall generation, customer engagement, and high-impact campaign execution across digital, retail, and experiential platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on brand awareness, walk-ins, and customer engagement.
- Plan annual and festive marketing calendars aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Track performance, budgets, and ROI across all campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Drive measurable outcomes such as leads, walk-ins, and conversions.
- Oversee content planning and campaign execution for digital channels.
Event & Experiential Marketing
- Plan and execute high-end store events, product launches, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution including invites, branding, creatives, and on-ground experience.
- Ensure all events align with the luxury brand positioning.
ATL / BTL & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and fabricators.
- Manage print, radio, outdoor, and digital advertising.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Customer Experience & Retail Marketing
- Design and implement luxury in-store experiences to enhance footfall and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing with in-store execution.
- Support visual merchandising and seasonal store branding initiatives.
Product Shoots & Visuals
- Oversee product shoots, campaign visuals, and content creation for digital and retail use.
- Ensure consistency with luxury aesthetics and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
CRM & Marketing Technology
- Use Salesforce and CRM tools for lead tracking, customer segmentation, and engagement campaigns.
- Coordinate with Shopify for online sales, promotions, and customer journeys.
- Analyze customer data to improve retention and repeat purchases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail / luxury / jewellery .
- Proven experience handling both digital and offline marketing.
Core Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to balance brand building with performance-driven execution.
Digital & Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Experience managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Shopify, and CRM platforms.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently.
