Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate with TPAs & insurance companies for cashless and reimbursement cases
  • Handle pre-authorization, approvals, queries, and documentation
  • Patient counselling regarding billing, insurance coverage, and procedures
  • Assist in billing coordination with billing department
  • Ensure accurate patient data entry and documentation
  • Follow up on pending TPA cases and settlements
  • Maintain proper records and reports related to TPA cases
  • Act as a bridge between patients, doctors, billing, and insurance teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: BHMS / BAMS / BDS (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 3 years experience in TPA / hospital administration
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of TPA processes & hospital billing preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Patient-friendly and service-oriented approach
  • Strong coordination & follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle patients empathetically
  • Knowledge of hospital workflows
  • Willingness to work in a hospital administrative setup
