Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers for our outbound BPO process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
• Handle customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain records of calls and customer details.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Languages Required: Hindi and Marathi
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of customer handling and sales preferred
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-based environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: 14,000 - 16,000 per month
• Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
• Shift Timing: Day Shift only
