Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver to improve testing efficiency.
  
• Conduct performance testing of MSD CRM solutions to ensure optimal system behavior.
  
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in MSD CRM Technical Testing or related field.
  
• Proficiency in developing test cases based on functional specifications.
  
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
