Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations, rack layouts, topologies, processes and procedures
? Design, deploy, configure and administer the LAN ( Routers, Switches, Load Balancers and Firewalls ) WAN and WLAN infrastructure and their supporting systems
? Recommend upgrades, patches and equipments when needed to address potential security holes and vulnerabilities
? Proactive monitoring of all network devices and links using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLAs
? Engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issues
? Understand and analyze the current network structure and share ideas on how to make the network more efficient
? Work closely with team members to determine future network needs and plan for network changes
? Create projects that are designed to either meet functional requirements or to address ongoing network failure issues
? Interfacing with fellow team members to manage and assist problems
? Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans
? Require continuous learning and to maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies
? Research, evaluate and recommend technologies to support business requirements
? Follow ITIL principles
? Provide on-call and weekend support when necessary
? Attend and actively participate in team meetings
? Perform other duties as assigned
