Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with the data protection product owner and team to execute product vision & strategy
• Successfully provide operational support for the portfolio
• Demonstrate successful subject matter expertise with the tool sets provided
• Successfully troubleshoot issues that are identified (identify root cause, research, resolve)
• ? Successfully implement approved changes and provide quality assurance validation
• ? Participate in agile sprint and release plans, ensure strategic alignment of work effort
• Communicate effectively to key stakeholders and associates
• Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices to meet quality/time to market targets Skills / Qualifications:
• High degree of proficiency with security enforcement tools
• Ability to successfully execute changes and troubleshooting with the following technologies:

Required Skills

• Check Point Firewalls (physical and virtual)
• Blue Coat Proxies (physical and virtual)
• Imperva WAF
• Splunk queries and report writing.
