What we are looking for

Role: Nice CXOne Architect

Experience Range: 7 - 10 years

Location: Chennai

Must Have:

• Deep knowledge of NICE CXone architecture and Cisco UCCE/UCCX platforms
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, telephony, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and enterprise system integrations.

Good to Have:

• Lead the design and implementation of the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone cloud solutions.
• Define overall architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
• Design end-to-end NICE CXone architecture for enterprise contact center environments.
• Map Cisco functionalities to NICE CXone modules ensuring feature parity.
• Develop migration roadmap, including phased cutover plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Define integration patterns for CRM, WFM, reporting, and telephony systems.
• Provide architectural guidance to developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Review and approve solution designs, scripts, and integrations.

Essential:

• NICE CXone modules (IVR, ACD, WFM, Studio).
• Cisco CUCM, CVP, Finesse knowledge.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
