Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via chat and voice
  
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
  
• Meet performance and productivity targets
  

• Qualification: Any Graduate (mandatory)
  
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  
• Languages: Fluent English (Written & Verbal)
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Willingness to work night shifts
  

Work Details:

• Shifts: Night Shifts
  
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  
• Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Off
  

Salary & Benefits:

• Take Home Salary: 18,000 per month
  
• Shift Allowance: 1,700
  
• Incentives: Up to 2,700 from 2nd month (based on performance)
  
• Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab
