Role Overview
The Onboarding Coach (Advisor) will be responsible for engaging new leads through outbound calling, educating customers about mutual fund investments, completing the first sale with the prescribed minimum investment value, and ensuring maximum lead activation through effective telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily productivity targets, including a minimum of 200 outbound calls and 3 hours of effective talk time.
- Plan and manage the workday efficiently to maximize customer reach and engagement through telephonic conversations.
- Initiate and close the first mutual fund investment for new customers with the prescribed minimum investment amount.
- Consistently achieve monthly activation and sales targets.
- Ensure RNR (Ring No Response) leads are called a minimum of three times per day as per defined process guidelines.
- Focus on maximum lead activation by converting contacted leads into active investors.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and investment status in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance requirements related to mutual fund sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding-related issues and ensure a smooth customer investment experience.
- Continuously work on improving call quality, conversion ratios, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably within the financial services domain.
- Prior experience or knowledge of mutual funds is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in finance may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (neutral accent preferred).
- Basic understanding of financial products and risk management concepts.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform consistently in a target-driven and structured work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- NISM Series V-A certification (preferred; candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it.
- Proven experience in selling financial products such as mutual funds or insurance.

- 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off.

- Role is completely office-based with no fieldwork involved.
