Profile: Customer Service Executive Voice (TATA AIA)

Eligibility:

  • HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Good English & Hindi communication
  • Basic typing skills required
  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer service queries
  • Provide product information & support
  • Maintain accuracy and call quality standards

Shift Details:

  • Day rotational shift window: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • 6 days working + rotational week off

Salary:

  • Fresher: 21,000 In-hand
  • Experienced: 25,000 In-hand
