Job Description:

• Skill: OpenText Exstream, Communication builder & Control Center, Content Author
• Have expertise in end-to-end architecture of OpenText Exstream.
• Have knowledge on different stages of enterprise content management solution.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/Customers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Have experience in communications server (Communication builder & Control Center).
• Expertise in end -to-end setup of Content Author and Communication Designer(Business Authoring)..
• Good to have experience in Cloud Edition and Communication orchestrator.
• Expertise in defining input structures for OpenText Exstream.
• Expertise in end-to-end workflow in interactive solutions(Live Editor/Empower Editor/ Empower API).
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks..
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/Customers and internal team.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
