Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
  • Shipment Coordination:
    • Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
    • Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues, damages, or short cases.
  • Documentation:
    • Verify and maintain all customer documents, including e-way bills, NOCs, and other necessary paperwork.
