Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with deep expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across financial modules, hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Configure and customize modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expense Management.
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional design documents.
• Manage data migration, integration with third-party systems, and reporting solutions using OTBI/BIP.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, and workflow configurations.
• Conduct user training, UAT, and documentation for smooth adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7?11 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Tax modules.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.
• Proficiency in reporting tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS.
• Understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-currency, multi-GAAP, and global implementations.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and security roles in Fusion.
• Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.
