Job Title: Oracle Fusion Financials

Must-Have

• working in the role of Solution Architect/Senior Functional consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud projects
• Very good knowledge to independently manage global implementation projects covering Financials in Oracle Fusion Cloud and perform as Solution Architect
• Strong subject matter expertise in all Key Finance Fusion modules (GL/AR/AP/CM/FA/ Tax/Expenses/PPM) etc. and SLA configs, including customizing seeded rules, relationships with SCM modules etc. and with multiple certifications
• Rich experience in designing solutions. Excellent communication and articulation skills. Can explain technical solutions with business flair and get business buy in with excellent documentation skills
• Aware of entire Fusion landscape - all key modules and offerings and their solution fitment to various business process needs
• Can lead, own and deliver all Finance modules, design workable and even complex solutions for client needs, provide demo and get agreements and sign off's
• highly collaborative and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Hands on approach, self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems, automate manual effort and continuously improve while meeting deadlines in a pressure environment
• Has complete project life cycle experience from assessment, requirement gathering, mapping, configuring, designing solutions, testing, training, CRP/UAT and cutover activities
• Strong understanding of Data migration strategy, processes and related challenges. Can guide customers and team in ensuring smooth and correct data migration
• Candidate should have worked on designing several integration or custom solutions, writing detailed solution specifications and validations
