Overall 8+ years of relevant IT experience, should have experience in any of below modules

US Payroll
Canada Payroll
OTL
Compensation
Benefits
Learning with ORC/Talent Management

Should have worked in at least 2 implementation projects and having exposure to the any of the above HCM modules
Should have strong hands-on Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Experience in project lifecycle from documenting requirements to troubleshooting & support for the mentioned HCM modules
Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent
