Role & responsibilities
- HCM Cloud Skills (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management etc)
- Knowledge of various Oracle HCM technical functionalities including but not limited to HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI, OBIEE, ODI
- Expertise in Oracle HCM, Core HR, Absence, Learn module, Goal & Performance
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Proficiency at grasping and leveraging new technical concepts quickly.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision. Oracle Certification on Oracle Cloud HCM, and related modules preferred
- Experience with various aspects of Oracle HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
TCS Eligibility Criteria:
* BSc / BE / B Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS - Should be Graduated with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
* Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
* Candidate should not have more than 2 Years of GAP in Career/Education.
