We are hosting a Walk-in Drive for the role of Senior Advisor / Analyst Pension Outsourcing (North America). This is a non-voice operations role designed to support long-term professional growth in pension administration.

Role Highlights

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Pension Administration/Insurance Industry
Shift Timing: Evening Shift ? 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Work Location: Vikhroli West
Work Model: Hybrid (1-week WFO per month)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

What We?re Looking For

We are seeking professionals with experience in DB/DC Pension Administration (US/Canada/UK) who bring:

Excellent English Communication

High accuracy and attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Customer-centric and quality-driven mindset
? Proficiency in computer applications
? Bachelor?s degree (any specialization)

Insurance experience with Good Analytical skills, Manual calculation preferred
