Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage retirement plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans (401k).
  • Process participant transactions, such as contributions, withdrawals, and loans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of plan activity.
  • Provide customer service to participants by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in pension administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of defined benefits and defined contribution plans (401k).
  • Proficiency in processing participant transactions using specialized software or systems.
