• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize system resources.
  
• Utilize tools like Load Runner, JMeter for load testing and performance analysis.
  
• Analyze test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  
• Develop reports on test findings and recommendations for process improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Performance Testing with expertise in Load Runner & JMeter.
  
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  
• Experience working on Agile projects using Scrum framework.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data from various sources.
