Experience:

Piping Material Lead Engineer (10 15 years)

Piping Material Engineer (5 ? 10 years)

Piping and Layout Engineer (5 - 10 years)

Piping Handling Engineer (5 - 10 years)

Piping Stress / Flexibility Engineer (5 ? 10 years)

Job Description:

Piping Layout / Handling:

1. Define Activities and Piping Deliverables, set up schedule and co-ordinate activities with other disciplines during BID phase, FEED Phase and Detail Engineering Phase as per the requirements of Contract.
2. Manage Piping Material Take off, Specification, Material requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation for procurement and vendor follow up.
3. Manage 3D Model Reviews
4. Guarantee proper Work flow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of piping project documents.
5. Conform Piping Efficient working, Project Progress, monitor and control man-hour budget.

Support project effort with identification of changes to the contract scope

Piping Stress / Flexibility:

• Strong understanding of international piping codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, B31.1, API)
• Expertise in pipe stress analysis software, primarily in CAESAR II
• Proficient in 3D modeling tools (e.g., SmartPlant 3D, PDMS, E3D),model review tools like Navisworks,smartplant review etc.
• Familiarity with FEA software such as ANSYS is preferable.

Piping Material:

• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards related to piping materials (ASME, ASTM, API)
• Hands-on experience with material management software such as Marian, SmartPlant Materials (SPMat), JES, or PIPICOM
• Good understanding of Offshore piping systems, materials compatibility, and valve/piping component specifications
• Strong coordination, review, and communication skills
