We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Coordinator to manage student interview training, airport & airline job placements, employer coordination, and college visits.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring successful placement outcomes for aviation students. Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1 Student Training & Interview Preparation
- Train students for airport and airline interviews
- Conduct mock interviews (HR & technical rounds)
- Train students on:
- Professional communication
- Interview etiquette
- Grooming & body language
- Resume preparation
- Guide students on job roles such as:
- Ground Staff
- Customer Service Agent
- Cabin Crew
- Cargo & Airport Operations
2 Placement Coordination (Airports & Airlines)
- Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, ground handling companies, and recruiters
- Schedule and manage interviews, walk-in drives, and placement events
- Maintain regular follow-up with recruiters for:
- Interview results
- Joining dates
- Offer letters
- Work closely with other placement coordinators for airport & airline job opportunities
3 Job Placement & Tracking
- Ensure maximum placement percentage for each batch
- Maintain student placement records and reports
- Track:
- Interview attendance
- Selection status
- Joining confirmations
- Share regular placement updates with management
4 College & Institutional Visits
- Visit colleges to:
- Conduct placement awareness sessions
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives
- Promote aviation career opportunities
- Build relationships with college placement cells
5 Industry Networking
- Develop strong relationships with:
- Airlines
- Airports
- Cargo & logistics companies
- Hospitality partners
- Identify new job opportunities for students
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)
- Experience in placement coordination, HR, recruitment, or aviation industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of:
- Airport & airline job roles
- Interview processes
- Ability to train and motivate students
- Willingness to travel for college visits and placement drives
