About the Role
We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and results-driven Associate Sales Consultant to join the fast-paced and growing team at Policy Bazaar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, understanding their business needs, and converting them into successful sales opportunities.

Compensation Salary Range: 3.00 LPA-4.00 LPA (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and effectively explain insurance products.
• Provide tailored recommendations and build rapport with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators.
• Address inquiries and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-4 years of experience in sales (preferably in the insurance or financial services domain).
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
