- Ensuring that data access and connector usage follow company security rules and can be monitored and traced when needed.
- Security and access boundaries including group-based access and least privilege principles
- Maker enablement experience through standards, documentation, guidance and templates
Platform Administration
- Tenant administration including connector management, capacity and maker control
- PPAC administration including environment settings, license monitoring and security configuration
- Experience on setting up Power Platform logging with best practices
- Monitoring platform health proactively using CoE telemetry, alerts and environment analytics.
- Log analysis and troubleshooting across tenant, environment, solution and connector levels
- Administration automation using PowerShell and Power Platform CLI for auditing and environment operations
- ALM and release management using managed solutions, deployment pipelines and lifecycle alignment
- Business continuity planning and environment recovery coordination including backup awareness and restore readiness
- Controlled configuration changes in production environments

- Incident triage with complete information gathering and correct routing
- End-user support with strong business impact awareness
- Root cause analysis distinguishing app, data, access, connector or integration issues
- Alert response and escalation handling in business critical scenarios

Architecture Fundamentals
- Solution architecture understanding across Apps, Automate and Copilot Studio with lifecycle considerations
- Security architecture in Dataverse and Power Platform integrations
- Understanding of Power Platform licenses and costs
- Cost-aware licensing decisions including Per App vs Per User vs M365 trade-offs
- Awareness of cross-system dependencies with Azure, M365 and Dynamics
Development Governance
- Enterprise-grade Power Automate development with robust error handling and retries
- Copilot Studio development and integration readiness with correct logging and compliance
- Low-code security best practices embedded into design and development
Technical Platform Skills
- Azure Active Directory group-based access understanding
- Azure Log Analytics setting up and usage for telemetry and troubleshooting
