Job Title: Presales Executive / Presales Officer (Real Estate)

Job Summary


We are looking for a customer-focused Presales Executive to manage incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team by converting prospects into site visits and bookings. The role plays a critical part in the real estate sales funnel and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound leads from various sources (calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, channel partners)


Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details


Qualify leads and understand customer requirements (budget, location, timeline)


Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales teams


Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems


Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure


Support sales teams with documentation and customer coordination


Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends


Skills & Qualifications


Graduate in any discipline


14 years of experience in presales or customer handling (real estate preferred)


Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)


Strong convincing and follow-up skills


Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office


Customer-oriented with a positive attitude


Preferred (Added Advantage)


Experience in real estate presales or telecalling


Knowledge of local property markets


Ability to handle high call volumes
