Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping and identify non-value-added steps to create lean and agile processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
- Spread Kaizen culture across the organization by conducting Kaizen Events
- Perform root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions for business pain points.
- Develop business cases, analyze as-is processes, and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on quality tools and process improvement techniques.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and provide proactive recommendations.
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to stakeholders and secure buy-in for improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Share progress on Improvement initiatives with leadership team and other Ops/Client stakeholders
- Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews to share the update and action plan on various process and system improvements
- Spread awareness around practices such as Business Process Re-engineering, Digital Transformation, Automation etc. via workshops, sessions and other activities
