Employment Information

Implementation knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies of problem solving.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct process mapping and identify non-value-added steps to create lean and agile processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
  • Spread Kaizen culture across the organization by conducting Kaizen Events
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions for business pain points.
  • Develop business cases, analyze as-is processes, and create end-to-end automation solution blueprints.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on quality tools and process improvement techniques.
  • Benchmark performance against industry standards and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to stakeholders and secure buy-in for improvement initiatives.

Reporting & Administration

  • Share progress on Improvement initiatives with leadership team and other Ops/Client stakeholders
  • Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews to share the update and action plan on various process and system improvements
  • Spread awareness around practices such as Business Process Re-engineering, Digital Transformation, Automation etc. via workshops, sessions and other activities
